This Terms and Conditions agreement is between you (“the User”, “the Visitor”, “the Reader”, “the Subscriber”) of the Hebrew Monk website (www.hebrewmonk.com) and the owner, creator, and operator of Hebrew Monk website (“Hebrew Monk”, “the Website”, “the Site”, “the Owner”, the Site Owner”).

To be able to comment on Hebrew Monk’s post you are required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. Hebrew Monk reserves the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in his sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

User Comments

In order to reduce spam and trolling, and to generate a more productive and meaningful discussion, only registered users are allowed to comment on Hebrew Monks blog posts and articles.

Users comments reflects solely and only the views of their authors. Hebrew Monk website and its Owner do not endorse, support, or agree with views expressed in comment made by other Users on the website, and the fact they are approved and displayed on the website is not to be interpreted in such manner. For the avoidance of doubt, Hebrew Monks website and its owner will no be held accountable in any way shape or form for comment made by other users on the Site.

When you comment on an article or post on Hebrew Monk, you thereby represent and warrant that:

your comments do not advocate any type of violence and do not incite, encourage, or threaten physical harm against another.
your comments do not include any false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
your comments do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.

Hebrew Monk encourages open, free, and productive discussion which is held in good faith. Please try to be respectful in your conduct towards other users. Do your best to express yourself in a coherent manner and back your statement with data from credible sources whenever challenged or confronted.

Any comment containing incitement, a call for violence against, or to cause harm to a group or an individual, will be deleted. The authors of such comment will also be held accountable and their account could be suspended or terminated at the discretion of the Site’s owner.

The owner of Hebrew Monk website reserves the right to delete or remove any comment, and to suspend, terminate, or limit access to any User Account on the Site. The Site and its owner are not required to provide the User with any prior notice, explanation, or reason for such action.

The Site Owner reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

Additionally, you shall hold Hebrew Monk harmless from any losses sustained by you or harm caused to you relating to or resulting in any way from any Third-Party Content or any contact with Third-Party Websites.

Hebrew Monk respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on or through the Site infringes upon any copyright you own or control, please immediately notify the Site Owner using the contact measures provided on the website.

Hebrew Monk reserves the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at his sole discretion without notice.
